- Olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- dash of pepper sauce
- 48 oz jar of great northern beans, drained
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- Saute onions and garlic in oil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except chicken.
- Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Stir in chicken. (Can add chardonnay, too!)
