Silver Leaf Vineyard & Winery was founded in 2005 by Patti and Mark Carlson, natives of  the Chicago suburbs. As wine enthusiasts they enjoy entertaining family, friends and guests.
With their three children through college, grown and on their own they decided to pursue their dream of owning and operating a  vineyard and winery.
Being familiar with the area they chose Suttons Bay for the warm summer climate, cool nights and long sunlit days and the natural beauty of the area.
